The iCandy Orange is one of the most well-known double buggies that are available, thanks to its superb comfort. It's a true all-terrain pushchair with a soft suspension that can easily handle bumpy surfaces. It comes with 30 different seating options and a built-in board for older children who prefer to walk, and a 'cinema' mode which raises the back seats to provide better visibility.
The phil&teds dots are great single buggys that can be easily adapted to accommodate two (or three!) in multiple configurations. This is especially helpful if you have an infant in a car seat because the frame can be equipped with a wedgie to allow for optimal lie-flat positioning, or car seat adapters to many brands.
Suspension
The quality of the suspension on a 3 wheel double buggy is vital to how it will be easy for you and your baby/s to push. A smooth ride is crucial as babies can feel every bump on the road, particularly if it's on rough terrain such as grass or dirt roads. Some models have locking front tires to aid in maneuvering and navigating obstacles like curbs.
Certain models have air-filled tyres which will provide a fantastic all-terrain adventure, but they could be prone to punctures, so ensure you have spares in the trunk. Others have foam or gel tyres, designed to take the bumps and can be less prone to punctures however, you may find them to be a bit stiff and uncomfortable for your child's back if you decide to run.

In general the more wheels a buggy has the more comfortable it will be to handle on rough terrain. This is especially true if your wheels are bigger than the typical size. You will have more stability and it will be less likely that you have to tip over or flip your child.
